Issue with Inspiron 16 Plus 7620 laptop - Microfreezes, FPS drops, crashes during gaming

I'm having a problem with my Inspiron 16 Plus 7620 laptop. While playing games on any graphics settings, I'm experiencing microfreezes (the audio functions normally, and all in-game sounds are present, but the screen completely freezes or becomes a slideshow) for 5-7 seconds before they disappear. I also encounter significant FPS drops at times. Occasionally, the game crashes with a BSOD. A couple of times, the game closed with a video card error. I've updated all drivers multiple times, and I play with the Ultra Performance mode enabled. During gameplay, the temperature remains around 60 degrees Celsius, the RAM is occupied at 60%, CPU is below 10%, and the GPU temperature is also not too high. What could be causing this issue?

What games are involved.
