Solved intel i5 8600k cpu packaging(box)

Might anyone be able to tell me why on some Intel packaging box's for the i5 8600k for sale shows the word UNLOCKED while others don't show same?
I have been seeing the box's that show the word UNLOCKED are generally more expensive.
Are they still the same CPU?
