Inspiron 15 3000 Will not install Windows

Power is turned on
Dell logo appears followed by 'Preparing'
Then Install Windows box.............Windows never removed!!
Box says ''Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows click ''ok'' to restart computer, and then restart installation''
When I click ok, box disappears but whole loop just starts again!!
As I cant sign in, I cant uninstall or restall anything....this is driving me nuts!!
Can you help, laptop only 18 mths old.
Thanks
Dave

Sounds like a fault with the boot drive - failed, faulty, or corrupted.
Is it under warranty still?

Any data on the drive you want to try to recover?
That in itself may be a bridge too far - you'll have to remove the drive and insert it into either another PC or into an external drive enclosure for that drive type (SSD, NVMe, m.2, etc).

Once you have your data secured, or if you don't care, on another PC, use the Windows Media Creation Tool to make a bootable USB drive of the latest Windows version.
Use this USB drive to boot from and try reloading Windows.
If that process fails, your drive is at fault and needs replacing.

If under warranty, go down the RMA process with the manufacture.
