Hp Elitebook 830 G7 Can't boot into bios

Hi Thanks for reading I am trying to get into bios on my hp laptop, without success. Everytime laptop boots up into win11, the message pops up : " Need to restart to install hp s70 system firmware "
Upon restart, the laptop ignores my pressing of either the delete key or the f10 key, and states it is updating. Then win 11 boots up and the same message pops up, again, to install hp s70 system firmware
This goes on and on. I have disabled fast boot but this has made no difference
Thanks

Thanks! Watched a few youtube videos for my laptop model and they are all saying delete or F10, to get into bios. But the laptop totally and utterly ignores me pressing these keys and states the message: " Please wait while we install a system update "
The laptop then boots into windows 11, a message pops up in the bottom right corner : " Restart required to complete installation of hp s70 system firmware "
If i then restart, the laptop totally ignores whatever keys i press to try and get into bios, and again states " Please wait while we install a system update "
Then boots into win 11, with the same pop-up message in the bottom right corner
Can't get out of this loop, can't access the bios
Thank you

Will come back to Windows if needs be but for now can you connect the USB keyboard to the notebook, restart and tap the F2 key to see if you can get into the BIOS, this in case the keypad has been disabled in the BIOS or the drivers deleted from the computer.

Thanks! I plugged in the usb keyboard and restarted the laptop, then pressed F2 as the boot process began to start, but no change, exactly the same message popped up and same behaviour as described above – no change with the usb keyboard
