How to turn off computer LEDs

So my On/Off switch has blue LEDs.
when I'm using the computer the LED is static blue but when the computer is in sleeping mode the LED starts to flash blue
(I'll add a photo of the LED), So the thing is when Im sleeping the computer goes to sleeping mode and the blue flash LED disturb me and its harder to sleep with the LED on so my question is if anyone knows how to turn it off? pls let me know

it can't be turned off per say but it can be disabled.
that power switch will have two cables coming from it and going into the front panel header on the motherboard.
one will be labelled PWR SW for power switch and the other PWR LED for the power switch blue light.
pull out the PWR LED - but of course, you'll never have a blue light showing.
other alternative - don't but it to sleep at night, instead turn it off.
