How do I open xep-files?

Well the folders contain normal files like txt, jpg, png, mp4 etc. Everything from texdocuments, pdf files, audio etc. The problem is that that they are all in a FOLDER and I can't even open the FOLDER
If you cannot open the folder, how do you know it has txt jpg etc inside.
 
Maybe they were backup files, and if so, they are just copies of your originals.
Some backup software dumps your files into a ZIP folder.

If you aren't missing any personal stuff like docs, pics etc, then I would agree - delete and move on, 👍
