My computer is having continuous crashes when playing games like Fortnite or Valorant. CPU and GPU usage will spike to 100%. I haven't had this issue up until a month ago. Drivers up to date. Downloaded Kaspersky because I thought it might have been a virus. Cleared my caches and played with nothing else open.

Anyone have any recommendations on how to narrow down this issue? Thanks

Check for any BIOS, Windows or game updates.

I’d run Malwarebytes & ensure scan for root kits is enabled as well as AdwCleaner. Not that I suspect malware.
