Knowing this would of been great information.

I am beginning to think that the motherboard is burnt out and need to be replaced. You will have to take it to a service shop and hive the parts inspected and tested on a proper testing board.
And after checking my motherboard there were no marks or anything.

Everything is leading to the motherboard being bad and just because that there is no charring on the board does not mean anything.

Simple static discharge could fry it and you will never see where it had happened.

Whatever charred the RAM could have done more damage than you could physically see, smell, hear.

Rustys is correct, there's many possibilities for damage and with only bits and pieces of the story, you might be better off having someone physically inspect and repair the machine.

Your enthusiasm is great, but you're more likely to just cause more damage. It seems as though you're in over your head, it's all a part of learning, but now it might be time to let someone who knows more on this topic handle it or oversee the process.

picture in post #8 is no good in identifying your CPU fan broken pin problem.
same as post #9, what is the problem with the ATX 24pin cable?

and to concur with the above statements, if you can physically see burn marks on your memory chip, just imagine the current going through the circuitry to cause that!
what you can see is the weakest link in the circuit that couldn't handle the load - there WILL BE more damage caused but has not blown through into the visible world!

and we can say all that because, Yes!, we have all been there, done that, ourselves.

starting your previous thread with "I used toothpaste" and this thread with "I see burn marks" would have helped us help you much sooner.

you simply have bricked your PC with your enthusiasm and now need professional help to remedy the many, many issues.
based on the age, personally, I'd be using this incident as a catalyst to just replace the whole tower.
you know you cooked the memory, and from the ToothPaste Gate incident, it would seem also the motherboard, and you could confidently add the processor to that as well.
those 3 components alone make up around two thirds the cost of a new tower.
