GPU help!

I'm struggling to choose a cost-effective, but effective GPU.
I currently have ATI AMD Radeon(TM) R7 Graphics, and I believe it's integrated...?
I do not intend on playing top-spec games such as Destiny 2, but would like 60fps, on max-medium settings.
I have a budget of about £100/$131.
I have an interest in:
- Gigabyte Radeon RX 550 D5 2GB
- Gigabyte Radeon RX 460 4GB
...but I do not know if they are good or bad?

After opening the side panel, all I can get is:
Model No FSP250-60HHN(85)
I believe it is 250W.
Made by FSP Group Inc.

EDIT: I do not mind getting an upgrade to a 500W PSU, if it'll be worth it.

You would certainly need to upgrade the PSU in order to get either of the cards mentioned.

As far as which card to get from the ones you are looking at, the rx460 4GB would be the better solution.
