Hello

We will need more details.. Pc spec's (complete) details.. What type cooler? What type gpu.. Details on how you, or what you did during installation! Pics will help..

I’m at work atm so can’t send a pic but I was meant to say cpu I just installed the cooler master hyper 212 rgb
  • Asus Prime H310M-R 2.0 Motherboard socket type LGA1151
  • NVIDIA RTX 2060 6GB graphics card
  • Intel Core i5-9400F (2.9GHz) Hex Core CPU
  • Crucial 16GB (2x8) DDR4 2666MHz
  • 500w fsp power supply
  • 1TB SATA 6.0Gb/s 64MB HDD
  • 240GB SATA SSD

so it was to processor cooler you replaced - and not the graphics card cooler?

quick test - put the old cooler back on and see what happens.
not that changing coolers should effect the video signal, so I'm thinking something has been dislodged or something else is happening.
hopefully the process of going back to the original cooler will highlight the culprit.
