that error seems to be graphics card related.
I'm assuming you have a NVidia card.
as to reloading Win10, download the Windows Media Creation Tool and get the latest image.
use the tool to make a bootable USB stick and use that to reload Windows.
backup any personal stuff you want to keep.
during installation, at the point it asks about partitions, use that to delete them all.
then when prompted to enter the Product Key, click the "I don't have one" option and continue.
when Windows starts and detects the web, it'll auto-activate and find your license on the MS servers.
