Games Crashing

My computer as of about a month ago will run games for about 10 seconds and then will crash. The only way ive managed to get them to work is underclocking my gpu. I've factory reset my computer ive updated everything I can, took it apart inspected for any damage, ran a few hardware tests. I even took it to a pc repair place and they "fixed" it. They didnt. They only tried to fix it through software they never even took a look at the hardware. Ive gotten a few errors from a few different games and they all blamed my graphics driver. So Im going to order a new gpu and a new psu with it to see if that is going to fix the problem. However if anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them.

My psu is a 650w Corsair but im not exactly certain which one

You need to take off the side of the case and get the details of the information label, Corsair make good PSUs but they are all designed for a specific use

There are at least two other issues that need to be taken care of but no point in going any further until we have the PSU information.
