Pending OP Response Future for 3rd Gen OptiPlex sff?

Hello everyone.
I'm Desmond, I'm new, I've never got into the specs about computers. So I have a question. Somehow the optiplex 3000 sff is windows 11 compatible, but not my optiplex 3010 sff? I have 500gb, then I realized I can't upgrade my intel i3 cpu for the i7 because it's still not gonna work with windows 11. Then I wanted to swap motherboards with a newer motherboard, realizing that's not gonna work neither because of the case infrastructure along with its adapters not being interchangeable. So what can I do with my 3rd gen optiplex?

Any pressing reason why you want it upgraded to Win11, rather than just leaving it on Win10?

The final version of Windows 10 is version 22H2, which will reach end of servicing on October 14, 2025.
Like WinXP, MS will still have to provide updates for it for ages due to the hardware requirements of Win11 and the forced purchase of new components to make a PC compatible.
69% of global PC's are still Win10, while Win11 is at 28%.
So Win10 isn't going away any time soon. (y)

I just wanted to update to the newer software. But with the discontinuation of windows 10, it makes sense to not wait another year.
