fps drop in games

hi
some times in games i got extreme fps drop .... im playing starfield and in some planets its happens .... in that situation cpu usage gets to 100 and gpu usage gets to 1 for few seconds ..... i try eveeery thing but the problem not solved!!
cpu temp is 60-70 gpu temp is 55-60
my pc: biostar z490
i5 11400
asus rx 6700 xt tuf gaming
ram 16 3600
ssd lexar 1t
hdd 1t
what should i do?
 
All you mentioned was Starfield. What I would suggest when you start a thread on a Tech Help website is to start with your issue and be as concise as possible. Try not to get frustrated when someone tries to help but can't read your mind.

Download Speccy

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

  1. In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.
  2. In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.
  3. Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot dialog box. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
Include the make, model and power rating of your PSU.
