Solved Fans wont spin

No when my old pus syopped working my gpu fans started to ramp up and I wouls get no signal. When I installed the new psu at the first bort i heard a little spark/pop that might have been the commander pro, all the psu cables are connected

No directly when i started the pc the fans gave off a weak red light and would not spin, now when I made sure cables are secured the fans shine a bright red but wont spin

This psu is the new one? If so you will need to go to a higher standard of psu. Like the psu's that have a good rep with at least a 5 to 10 year warranty.. You may want to send that new psu back and i would think it would be under warranty..
