Failing CPU, or motherboard?

Hello!

Yesterday I finished my new PC build. I booted it and got into BIOS, everything looked just fine. All components was detected and CPU temp was stable at around 25 C.
Only change I did was to activate TPM 2.0 since that was required to install Windows 11.

So I have a copy of Windows 11 on a USB flashdrive, I plugged it in but I got a error code (0X8007025d). I tried different USB ports, both on the case and on the MOBO.
I also tried a different flash drive. During this process I turned off and on the PC o couple of times to restart the Windows installer.

But eventually I just lost signal to the monitor and got the red CPU LED on the MOBO.

Anyone have any idea? Everything was working just fine, so I doubt anything is not seated or installed correct.

CPU is Ryzen 9 5900X,
Motherboard: MSI MAG X570S Tomahawk
RTX 3090 and 2 sticks of 16gb 3600MHz Ram, if that matters.

Anyone got any advice?

Thanks.

Hello

One issue could be that your copy of win 11 is corrupted on the flash drive. I suggest you get a fresh copy and try again..
Yes, that was the plan so I got another copy of Windows on a new flash drive. But now I don't get any signal at all, with the red LED on the mobo.
