Extra monitors won't turn on until HDMI connected TV is powered on.

I currently have a 4 monitor setup using 3 connected with DP (two of which are connected with DP input to HDMI output adapter cables) and one TV (LG CX) connected with an HDMI 2.1. I'm using Windows 10.

The problem
Previously, I owned a 1080ti and used this setup without problems. I would power on my PC, log in on my main monitor and my two side monitors would wake up correctly. Nothing special would happen if I turned my TV on or off and this is exactly how I expected this setup to work. I have been using 120hz on my TV but was never able to use the full functionality of my HDMI 2.1 (4k 120hz HDR) cable as the HDMI port on my 1080ti was 2.0b.

Recently, I bought a 3080 and now things have changed. I power on my PC and log in on my main monitor (which wakes up as it should) but my side monitors do not wake up and both stay in sleep mode. If I turn off and turn on one of the displays, it finds the source but then shows black for a second and then says "no signal".

The thing is that they only wake up when I turn on my TV or if I pull out the cable. No change is made if I turn it off again or plug in the cable again. With my 3080 I've been able to use the full extent of the 2.1 cable but I was thinking this also means that it started using some fancy 2.1 wake-up protocol that's overriding the other monitors, but this is only speculation.

What I've tried
I've tried googling the problem but almost no relevant information comes up that seems similar to my problem.

I've reinstalled my GPU drivers through NVIDIA experience. I've looked at my power settings in Windows and found that the settings are as they should be. I've checked that both my mouse and keyboard are allowed to wake up the computer in the device manager.

Please tell me if there is any more information that's needed to find a solution to the problem.
