Hello! I need help with my PC.
I own a dell inspirion 23 5000

The problem is; At random Google Chrome will crash as well as other things such as; Skype, CS:GO, Minecraft and Microsoft Edge
Every time these things crash, I try to start them up again, I get a loading symbol for about 1-3 seconds and then nothing happens. I keep trying to load them, but they won't load. Then I restart my computer and when it boots back up, then that app as well as others will do the 1-3 second loading thing and then do nothing. I have restarted my computer multiple times and do not know what to do, please help.
