Edit Access Database File using IIS

Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone can help set something up. We have an Access Database that includes our business's Stock and I want to be able to input data on an internal web page that links to this database info and allows me to view or remove stock. Please see the 2 pictures attached. Any ideas are welcome.
