Solved Disable all RGB Lights on CPU Fans

Hi,

I've spent way too long trying to disable the RGB lights on my fans. It really shouldn't be this difficult. I want to use Signal RGB when the PC is on and I want lights, and I can disable it whenever I want. But there's a built-in light that's always blue if I disable Signal RGB, and if I shut down the PC, there's a rainbow color unless I turn off the PSU, which is really annoying when I just want to put it to sleep. It's also constantly fighting with Signal RGB and creates spark flashes of light which are very irritating. Every YouTube video has been completely useless can anyone tell me how to completely get rid of the RGB lights on the fans? Once it's gone I will use signal rgb.

Motherboard: GIGABYTE Z790 AORUS ELITE AX

The BIOS carries out the power on self test ( POST ) which is a test of the hardware + a check for a bootable OS such as Windows, if a an OS is found the BIOS hands over control to the OS and plays no further part, short version, it is nothing to do with the BIOS.
