Solved desktop icons

I have Linux Mint 17.2 on a USB, my problem is this.
When i bootup to Linux my desktop icons never move, but what happens, the icon Linux Mint Install always goes on an other
icon that i have on my desktop. In other words i always have 2 icons together, 1 being Linux Mint Install. I have even made sure on desktop, when i right click ( check mark keep icons aligned ) i even unchecked it, the same thing.
Thank,s Chuck

Go to System Settings
Now select General
What is listed under User Interface Scaling?
If anything else than Normal can sometimes make the icons do that (linux mint forum)

Still looking and this is a past issue as well.
