Hello everyone! I have a weird one here, it's a DELL xps p82g with a motherboard model fdp30 la-k461p rev 1.0 and I was wondering if someone might've had a similar issue before or could point me in the right direction.
The laptop I believe is fully charged and doesn't give picture. The keyboard light turns on, lcd backlight turns on but no picture, fans spin up, the motherboard warms up and then it turns off until it repeats the same thing over and over again. I have provided two videos of LED blinking sequences. Any ideas? Thank you!

Video 2

One time boot menuTo enter one time boot menu, turn on your computer, and then press F12 immediately.
NOTE: It is recommended to shutdown the computer if it is on.
The one-time boot menu displays the devices that you can boot from including the diagnostic option.
The boot menu optionsare:● Removable Drive (if available)● STXXXX Drive (if available)NOTE: XXX denotes the SATA drive number.● Optical Drive (if available)
● SATA Hard Drive (if available)
● Diagnostics The boot sequence screen also displays the option to access the System Setup screen.
And run the Diagnostics

1st video - the 4 short, 1 long LED flash may indicate something.
2nd video - 2 short, 1 short, 1 long (or maybe it's 3 short, 1 long.

The manual is found here; https://dl.dell.com/topicspdf/xps-13-9305-laptop_service-manual_en-us.pdf
On page 75, they list some codes, but they mention Amber and White - yours are both white (if the video can be believed).
Then there is more on page 76, but again nothing matches what the video shows, so maybe a red herring altogether.

That is precisely why I am confused. I have not once seen an amber light. The voltages also all seem correct and is taking current nicely and I don't see a short anywhere on the board. I'm leaning towards smd ram or corrupted bios

Have you tried removing the memory, wiping the mobo slot, the memory contacts and the memory circuitry?
Try one RAM module at a time (if more than 1) and try either slot.

Have you tried connecting an external monitor?

First Video = battery
  1. Turn off the laptop.
  2. Disconnect the AC adapter and remove the battery or simply remove the base cover and disconnect the battery cable.
  3. Disconnect all devices such as USB drives, printers, webcams, and media cards (SD/xD).
  4. Press and hold the power button for 15 to 20 seconds to drain the residual power.
  5. Connect the AC adapter and battery.
  6. Turn on the computer.
