Dell Desktop crashed help

Hi, I have a Dell Desktop Optiplex 7010 running Win 10. Recently got BSOD but after rebooting several times I was able to get it running. It then crashed again before I could get everything backed up. When trying to boot, the Dell logo would come up but it would error and try to reboot and cycle through that process over and over.

I tried to boot in safe mode but couldn't figure out how to do that with this PC. I pushed one of the F buttons and entered into something like the BIOS but different. I changed a setting in there out of desperation but that seemed to make things worse. Now when trying to boot, nothing comes up on the screen. The internal fan starts and my keyboard lights up (normal behavior) but nothing onscreen.

I removed the C drive along with the other internal drive that I had in there (B drive) and connected them (1 at a time) to my laptop using a SATA to USB cradle. I copied all important data from the C drive to another external drive. The other internal drive does not show up in explorer so I have no access to the data. It does show up in disk management however.

I have a legit copy of Win 10 full version on disk but it does nothing if I try to boot from it.

Is there a way to reset the machine back to factory, reversing any setting that I unwittingly changed?
I have tried the "password jumper" procedure with no results.

Any advice on recovering data from B drive?

Yes I have boot drive data. I still have my C drive. I also have recovery files on thumb drive and also windows 10 full version disc. None of them do anything . I cannot enter Bios. Nothing happens when I press F2.

Power off
remove power cord
remove cover
remove cell battery
With battery out
press and hold the on button for about 20 secs to drain all power
reinsert battery
cover on
power back in
power on press F2
Can you access bios
If yes
Set bios to default

Boot from win 10 dvd
install fresh copy of win 10

***NB ONLY HAVE 1 DRIVE INSTALLED ***
A FRESH INSTALL WILL WIPE ALL DATA

The power button LED located on the front of the chassis also functions as a bicolored diagnostic LED. The diagnostic LED is only active and visible during the POST process. Once the operating system starts to load, it is no longer visible. Amber LED blinking scheme – The pattern is 2 or 3 blinks followed by a short pause then x number of blinks up to 7. The repeated pattern has a long pause inserted in the middle. For example 2,3 = 2 amber blinks, short pause, 3 amber blinks followed by long pause then repeats.

Power off power on F12 does nothing.
During startup, the power button lights up (no apparent color) and stays lit with no blinking or color change. There is another light that flashes a cylindrical shape which I assume is a disc drive detection. If I unplug the C drive, that light does not flash.

just confirming, when you hit F2 or F12, are you pressing just once, or like a mad man?
there is only a small window of oppurtunity where the POST sequence looks for user input and if you aren't seeing anything on the screen, you won't know when to press - so smack that sucker repeatedly! :)
