SPECS:
Processor: Ryzen 7 1800x

GPU: GTX 1080 Strix

Ram: 16G of Corsair Dominator Platinum 2800
Mhz

Motherboard: ASUS ROG Crosshair VI Hero

CPU Cooler: MasterLiquid 240 Liquid Cooling

When you go back to your BIOS after a restart, is your overclock profile still saved, or is it reset to default values again?

Do you have ASUS AI Suite installed on your computer? That software overrides overclock settings done through BIOS, so I would uninstall it if you do have it.

ASUS' BIOS Turbo Mode could also be overriding your overclock settings. If you have it enabled, reset your settings to the default and apply the OC settings without touching any bonus features.

Are you using any software like CPU-Z to monitor your CPU speed under stress?
