can i put on a q8400 ??Your motherboard will support a Intel 2 Quad processor just fine. As I said, it uses a LGA775 socket and it'll work just fine
The Intel Core 2 Quad processor was released in 2008. Your motherboard was released in 2009. You'll be fineYour computer is also a mini-tower, so it'll support:
Q9550
Q9650
Q9400
Q8300
Q8200
Yes the Q8400 will work, but why not get the best processor that your motherboard supports which is the Q9650?
