Hello, i have some trouble with my pc .Recently i purchase diablo 4 and every time i launch it, it random crash after 10 min or an hours ( maximum i did was 4hours)..at first i though it was the game so i ask the support they told me to look for my software and all basic stuff .. everything was update then they ask me about how much was my cpu and then it started to degenerate..i was using like 20% of my cpu while gaming but the temperature reach 100° sometimes and was between 75-100 all time in game , even when everything is close my cpu is still around 45°-50° they told me its not normal.

First i though it was the cooling or thermal paste so i dis look for the best cooler for the i9-13900k and i tried the noctua nhd 15 but same result, 0 change in temperatur.

Then i tried to downclock it to reduce the heat in the bios or with the intel app but everytime i try to undervolt it even like 0.005 my pc insta blue screen of the death then reset ...i tried bunch of stuff nothing worked i even wipe my windows to be sure theres no bug or i dont know..

To finish i was desperate and bring my pc to a technician after 3 days he told me he found the problem and my cpu had to be replace probably because overheat.. it was still under intel guarantee hopefully , then i buy a new one and did install it , fresh windows with literaly nothing on my pc i look for any software and install them , then download hwmonitor and i was just downloading base stuff like razer synapse and my cpu was around 85° and reach 100° again with like 8% utilisation ...

Im very scared to break my cpu again on some forums they say the i9 heat a lot and its normal and throttle at 100° but is it really ? I really dont know what to do and have no clue , i appreciate any help or advice. I will write down my PC component .

/sorry if i did mistake in this text english is not my fist language :) /

Thanks

Have you disabled multicore enhancement in the BIOS?

The 13th gen processors run very warm, the P1 and P2 limits are 135 and 253W if I remember correctly, check here to be sure.
