Solved Complete PC transfer

Pretty soon, I will be giving my PC an entire makeover.
My system looks a little something like this:
- Windows 10 Home 64 Bit
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600
- Motherboard: MSI b350 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4
- Memory: Corsair Vengeance LED 16 GB (2x8GB) DDR4-2400
- Storage: WD Blue 2TB 3.5" 5400RPM HDD
- GPU: MSI GeForce 1660 6GB VENTUS XS OC
- PSU: Corsair RMx 550 W 80+ Gold Fully modular

And I will be transferring to this:
- Windows 10 Home 64 Bit
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
- Motherboard: ASRock X570 PRO4 ATX AM4
- Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB (4x8GB) DDR4-3200
- Storage: Samsung 970 EVO 500 GB m.2-2280 SSD
WD Blue 1 TB 2.5" SSD
WD Blue 2 TB 2.5" SSD
(I'll use the same graphics card for now.)
- PSU: Corsair RM 750 W 80+ Gold Fully Modular

I have a few concerns as to how I'm going to transfer over.
1. Will I be able to install my old hard drive into the new PC and boot from it?
2. I want to move Windows 10 and my programs to the 500GB M.2 SSD, and move my PC games to one of the 2.5" SSD's. Is there any software that may help me? Will I need to purchase Windows 10 again?
3. Is there anything else I may want to consider when the new system is built?

Anything and everything will help. I will be building this new computer myself but I am not the best at data transfers or system recovery type of operations.

Seeing you are changing motherboard you will have to clean install Windows on the hard drive.

See above. Programs and games will have to be reinstalled, you cannot simply copy them from one drive to the other.

Now is a great time to reinstall your Operating system and applications to ensure you get the best from your new hardware. Make sure to backup ALL your existing data so you can get access to any documents, pictures or music etc you have currently so you can get them later on your new system.

Thank you Gus, I'll remember that advice.
