If you have a user account that you set up, you must use the Administrator account on the system, then you may proceed. Or. right click on the MS Media Creation Tool and click "Run as Administrator".

I Right/clicked Run as administrator and got as far as choosing USB. When I clicked 'Next', I get 'Removable drive E: No label. I click on 'Refresh drive list'.
I then get Sign in as an administrator.

When you download the tool what are you downloading? Its shouldnt ask for admin until you run the tool . You dont choose update choose download tool it should just then download when done it will give an option to create usb or dvd. Once you have done that you then boot from the media delete all paritions and let windows create parititions. It will write a iso file to the hd which you can use dvd software to create a dvd https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10
