Welcome to PCHF,

Four things stand out from your OP;

The CPU is fourteen years old, there are no Windows 10 drivers for 99% of the hardware, you don`t tell us what exactly happens when you try to run the games and last but not least the most important missing information of all - what is the brand and model name or number of the PSU.

Can you post the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU).

Download then run Speccy ( free ) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but your CPU does not meet the minimum requirements for either game, go here and here to confirm this for yourself.

Looked at Speccy and it tells us that Windows 10 is a recent install + as was to be expected no W10 drivers for the MB have been installed due to none being available.

RAM: 32 GB (4 X 8GB / 1600HZ)

Just a fyi, the RAM is only working at 1066MHz which is the fastest that the CPU can handle, CPU specs here

The GPU asides the rest of the hardware was a gaming standard rig up until about twelve years ago with anything preceding the release of Windows 8 and UEFI MBs being too old for playing the more modern and therefore more demanding games.

thank you so much for your help. you have told me more in 5 minutes then most people.

so in your opinion I will need to upgrade my GPU and CPU in order to play these games?

Your GPU is the only component that is up to playing what is referred to as AAA games.

While you have plenty of RAM available it is slow by today's standards and while it would be capable of running at 1600MHz in dual channel there is no CPU that is compatible with your MB that can handle RAM any faster than 1066MHz.

You are welcome btw 👍

CPU, RAM and ideally a new PSU as the present one is old and not very good, a new MB would also mean that a new Windows product key may also be required if you were not provided with a full retail product key by the person that you purchased the computer from.

Honest answer, save your money, the present hardware is just too old to be putting money into, DDR6 is due to be released and anything older than DDR4 has been left behind I'm afraid.
