So I have just built my First PC build and im trying to get to get it to boot from my USB so it can install windows. Problem is, no matter what I do it just won't work. I installed the ISO files from the Microsoft website and transferred them to my USB. I even tried different formats for the USB, both Fat32 and ExFat. Neither one would boot from immediately even when I put my USB to be booted from first in the boot priority menu. Even when I choose to enter the boot menu to select my USB it loads then just takes me back to the menu. Nothing I do is working and Im getting very discouraged. I really hope somebody can help me with this cuz i'm tired of having my PC just sitting there not doing anything.

My motherboard is a GigaByte H370M DS3H

what process/software are you using to create the bootable USB stick with the Windows ISO on?
the Windows Media Creation Tool can do it all for you.
personally because I need to load the ISO on many PC's, I take the 'just download' the image option and then use PowerISO to create the USB.

um...since Im on a mac it downloads the ISO then I just transfer it to my USB. Im probably messing up right here but up to this point I have been just following Youtube videos and they all made it sound like when those files get transferred that is what makes it bootable. Also I want to apologize ahead of time that Im a new Builder so I may not know all the terminology or misuse it.

that's probably the issue right there as you mentioned.
you simply can't copy the files across, the USB has to be created the same way your hard drive is, that is, bootable to Windows.
I have zero experience in using Windows Media Creation Tool on a Mac so cannot say how, or if, it can create a bootable USB stick.
my guess is it should.

ah, that's the inherit risk with using hardware that is not mainstream - all your usage will be hobbled.
from hardware, software, servicing and support - all are equally hobbled.
with only about 5% market share globally, Mac users are always on the short end of the stick.
but on a positive note, it could be worse, you could be a Linux user with what?, less than 1% global share!

your best option may be to do all that on a Windows machine.

when you bought the parts for the new PC, did you not buy the Windows OS?
No i didn't. From the looks of everything i could just have gotten by fine with downloading the stuff from microsoft website. My options rn are to go to my brothers and use his or find my charger for my old hp laptop
unless somebody comes n helps me who can...

um...since Im on a mac
Appreciate that you may have been tired but the above information being the most important should have been the first line of your OP.

How to create a Windows 10 installer USB drive from a Mac

Post back once you have created the ISO using the tutorial at the above link if you still have issues and we will help you check that your hardware configuration is set up correctly.
