I'm not sure if this is a hardware issue or software issue, I just noticed it about a week ago. When i used to play videos using MPC-BE I was able to stretch the picture using the numberpad buttons on my keyboard. I would usually do this when watching a 4K movie on my 4K TV becuase even though the video is 4K I would get black bars on the top and bottom of the picture, I would stretch the picture to get rid of the black bars. I just noticed that i can't do that anymore. I did get a new TV about a month ago, which i use for my monitor and i checked the settings under screen settings which allows me to adjust the aspect ratio and it's set to 16:9, I turned off Auto Detect which adjusts the viewable screen according to input signal. And I turned off Overscan. Other then that the input and resolution is set to 4K 60hz. Again I'm not sure if this is a issue with the TV not allowing me to stretch the picture or some kind of Windows update that made it not possible for me to stretch it. Any help would be appreciated.
