Hi I was uptading my laptop when suddenly "undoing changes made to your computer" text. I left it overnight and it's still on that screen. I tried to boot into advanced boot options by press f8 but when i do that blue bar appears for a second and nothing happens. Any way to fix this?

Can't boot to recovery mode

Then download the windows 10 tool – Minimum 8gig USB required

This will delete all the data on the usb
Boot from the usb
At the second screen Click on Repair on the bottom left of this screen
