Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
Here is 1 line from sfcdetails.txt:
"5:41, Info CSI 000000e9 [SR] Cannot repair member file [l:18{9}]"ehres.dll" of Microsoft-Windows-ehome-ehres, Version = 6.1.7600.16385, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_AMD64 (9), Culture neutral, VersionScope = 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, Type neutral, TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral in the store, hash mismatch"

Guess i miscounted, but SFCFix shows 6 problems

The elevated command prompt is important.
If the third sfc returns errors,
open elevated command prompt
type
findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >PCHF_sfc.txt
Upload filename C:\Windows\logs\cbs\PCHF_sfc.txt
I do not expect SFC to correct peverify.dll. That may be a visual studio component.
Do you run Media Center, if yes, do you use any add-ons?

The CA-wp3.jpg is part of a Windows Theme. Uninstall any or all unused themes. I thinks is done on the personalization screen, right click theme, uninstall/delete.
I would uninstall the Windows Update

and then run sfc /scannow again
