Cannot connect to website: Timed-out Error

I've been using a website all day and I use it every day. All of a sudden it won't load for me and I got a "Timed out Error 524" message.
I followed all of the instructions to configure Firefox in the following video:
I did all of the following:
Refresh the page or Restart the application
Check your internet connection
Clear your Browser cache and cookies
Disable your browser extensions or plugins
Scanned my PC for threats.
Cleared my browser History.
Disable IPv6
Turn off DNS prefetching
I use No Proxy Setting
I turned off http3
Turned off Mozilla VPN

I still can't connect to the website. I'm using Windows 10 and Firefox 122.0.1 and they're both up-to-date.
What do I do now?
Do I have to purchase a Cloudfare account so I don't get Timed-out Errors?

Let's rule out the dumb stuff first...

Have your rebooted the modem?
What about turning your PC off and back on again? (yep, that classic line)
Have you tried any other browser?

What is the web address in question?
Have you tried on another PC?
Have you ruled out the issue isn't with the website itself?
