Solved Boot problem

Yes Bruce the drives are seen it just that in bios my ssd noir my hdd wont show. And on boot just get inte bios without me pressning f2 or del

if I remember correctly, I've had some PC's that do take you straight to BIOS if they detect the PC can't boot properly.
do you have a DVD drive and if so is it detected in BIOS?
not that it really matters, sounds like from the history of changing the PSU and the popping noise, something may have been fried.

I would be taking it all apart and assembling the components outside the case, on a piece of cardboard, on the table or floor.
that'll give you a chance to inspect each component and clean it. and it may work after all that - but my money is on something has died.
