Solved Boot issues after partitioning

So, my PC has been giving me low memory warnings, it's partition getting to zero in the middle of me editing video, drawing, etc.
1.) I decided to take 20 gigs from "My Files" partition and enlarge the "Windows" one.
The mistake I made is that I added all the unallocated spaces before and after the OS partition to it as well.

I did not know that this unallocated space before contained some important boot information, it seemed empty and the partition software didn't warn me or anything.
I also never had a partition like that on previous itterations of windows.

2.) Partitioning gets done in PreOS, and then BSOD shows up. I didn't have any back-ups nor restore points, so I used startup repair.
Seemed like it worked, but instead of booting, partitioning continued where it left of, again in preOS.

3.) BSOD Again. None of the advanced options helped. So, I used bootrec /fixmbr, bootrec /fixboot, and bootrec /rebuildbcd commands.
Element not found.
Then instead of BSOD, I get Operating system wasn't found, again and again.

4.) I insert the instalation disc. Go to advanced options again, and in diskpart find out that partitioning changed my OS drive letter to D: instead of C:
It's not my first time partitioning, I don't know how that happened.
So I use the bootrec /fixmbr, bootrec /fixboot, and bootrec /rebuildbcd on D:
Says succesful after every command.

I reboot, No OS found again. But this time, it can't even recognise the one on the disk.
So, not only can I not repair my W10, I can't even clean reinstall it. Tried with my old W7 disc too. Nothing.

5.) I have a Zorin OS USB, booted. Tried recreating a blank partition before OS one in GParted, so it could be possibly repopulated with boot info, didn't work.
I tried removing boot flag from that drive so at least the disk would load, so I can reinstall. Still getting black No OS found screen.

-Is there a way to fix my existing Windows instalation?
I have limited net, so reinstalling all that software will eat up a lot of my data, and whole family uses that connection.
-Any way to make a back-up that doesn't include copying all 60GB of data? I don't have that much free space.
-Is there anything I can do from linux?
-Clean reinstall, somehow, at least?

I hope I explained the problem corectly, and that someone has any idea how to solve this.

Screw it, I wiped out the partition completely. I'm gonna use one part of it for linux.
I'll try to see if I can reinstall windows on the rest. I still need it for my drawing tablet.
Will continue posting my progress on the matter in case w10, or at least 7 instalation discs don't get recognised again.
So, don't close the thread yet, please, until I see if I can reinstall the system.

I can't install Linux, and it won't still won't load windows discs.
It seems to be because this is UEFI, and I don't have this option to disable secure boot anywhere.

So, I'm afraid I'm gonna end up not being able to install anything here.

Are there any error messages on the screen and or any messages on the screen that show why it is not loading form the Widows 10 Disk?

Have you set the boot order on BIOS?

What is the make and model of the system?

EDIT: Some BIOS have a press this to search for Boot to. You will have to search for it to find it. You may also have to activate it.

I had two partitions, My files and Windows one + few small empty partitions.
It seems the one at the start might have been boot partition.

I tried recovering that for 2 days, no method worked.
Since then Ive been getting "No OS found" message at start.

It doesnt recognice any windows instaltion disc.
When I try to install linux in says I need to make efi partition.
When I try to do that it says I need to convert de-partition the disc and turn it GPT.

Four fifths of my drive are personal files on (my files) partititon.
I wiped the the previous windows partition in hopes of reinstalling, but it didn't work.

Will de-partitioning my drive into a single partition affect my files?
Could that or transition to gpt make me lose personal data?

Is there any hope of installing any OS back there, hopefully my w10 without converting to gpt?
Is there a way to make a new boot partition so I could install windows?

I'm not very techy, but I could always google myself out of any pc trouble.
I tried everything I could for two days before posting here. It's day three, and I still don't know how to solve this.
Do you have any ide what I could do at this point? Please help.

I think I made progress
I found some option to disable efi, and use legacy rom instead
this might work

YAY, It finally sees my W10 install disc.
Now let's see if I'll be able to reinstall

This is why I always tell people to BACK UP before some thing happens DO NOT wait till some thing does happen. Do not back it up to an internal drive use external and remove it once done.

If you can boot to the Linux I would suggest BACK first then attempt the install just in case.

As a last resort
If the install still does not work we can you should be able to boot to the Linux and use the live version to get your data off the drive then you could wipe the entire drive and start over.
