First, thanks to the great people who help me yesterday with my BT issue.

I have now bought a bluetooth dongle, the laptop recognises it in device manager where it should and it shows in the pop up box bottom right, it is switched on and drivers up to date and I have restarted laptop and bluetooth. But, it will not recognise any devices nearby, 2 sets of headphones and a garmin device. I have tried the recommended tweaks, reset headphones to factory but nothing.
Bluetooth is driving me nuts at the moment.

Any help greatly appreciated.
