Install unlocker if you can we will use it, if not skip.

Open notepad hit the start button and type notepad or windows key and R at same time type notepad hit enter.
Copy the content of code box.

Paste into open notepad

Click file save as.

Save to desktop as 360.bat

After you save the file to desktop:
Right click 360.bat it and run as admin.


I also created and uploaded the .bat file for you.
Which you can download unzip to your desktop and run,

I installed Unlocker, but I can't open it, it just does not open.

I runned this file as an administrator.
 
Open elevated command prompt:

Paste into command prompt window
hit enter after each.

Remove One Drive if you do not use, or do not want to use it.
Disable Startups that you can live without. ============ > Click Here
Remove Bloatware Apps with O&O App Buster.


When you have completed the above steps, then re run Speccy and minitoolbox, this way I can see that the steps have been taken...
 
Continue on with the next steps. Once completed Post new minitoolbox and speccy.

I’ll make an update after work today, you have to go thru and clean up. 👌
 
I am a bit confused, because I don't know what are Startups and Bloatware. And I am using OneDrive and want it to stay.
 
OK that’s fine no problem keep one drive if you want it.

Download and run these programs.

Disable Startups that you can live without. ============ > Click Here
Remove Bloatware Apps with O&O App Buster.
 
I did it. They are running, but display all the programs I have, including ones I am using on a daily basis.
 
Just disable some things from starting. And uninstall anything you do not need. Your machine is running almost maxed out with only a couple browsers open.

Your choice really. But when I’m working on a machine I take care of the basics first and it solves a lot of problems...


Once you have completed this task provide the new speccy and minitoolbox
 
I need more than one browser, because I have three ig accounts and I couldn't be logged in on all of them at one from the one browser. Plus, some addons work only on a certain type of browser.
 
I’m not saying anything about what you have browser wise. I’m just saying your machine is maxed out.

Since you have completed the steps. Post new speccy and minitoolbox logs.

I wasn't able to remove 360. When I try, the window with a chinese text appears. And I can't read chinese.
 
Ok. We can remove that with another tool. Let’s do this. I suspect we will find a bit more rubbish...

I need you to post FRST and Addition.txt logs. So we can go thru and remove the Chinese software, and any other hidden crap that is lurking on your machine.

Adware Cleaner


  • Download AdwCleaner and save it to your Desktop
  • Right-click on AdwCleaner.exeand select, Run as Administrator
  • Accept the EULA (I accept), then click on Scan Now
  • Let the scan complete
  • Once the scan completes, make sure that every item listed in the different tabs is checked and click on the Quarantine and delete.
  • Once the cleaning process is complete, AdwCleaner will ask you to restart your computer
  • Close all other open windows and allow it to restart
  • After the restart, Notepad will open with the AdwCleaner cleaning log
  • Please Attach the contents of that log into your next reply to me
