can't see any issues with those parts.
purely personal - but I'd not bother with LED memory, never understood why you want any components glowing myself, just adds to the price and needs a nice glass case to display it all if you do want to go down that flashy path.
I'd also consider going up a notch or two on the power supply, like 750 or 800 at least, will give you room to expand if you ever change GPU's down the track.
and maybe also add a HDD for the stuff you don't need SSD speeds for, and for backups!
