depending on your BIOS manufacturer (AMI, Award, Phoenix, etc) they all say 3 beeps and 1 beep points to memory or graphics card.
so your hurdle is to get it to boot without any beeps.

based on the earlier posts, I'd be guessing you need to try some other memory from somewhere (friend, family, work, neighbour)
 
But my bios can detect different ram modules but it is not prooceding to my boot drive becuase my mother board could not find my m.2 indicated on my previous post
 
there are a couple of problems at play here; can't get the PC to start, and can't detect the m.2 drive.
we won't be able to tackle the later until the former gets resolved.

can you put in some stable memory, and get the PC to boot without and error beeps during startup?
for the time being, let's forget the m.2 drive, use something else.

once you are happy the PC is perform well, and Windows is reliable, then we can move on to the m.2 issue.
