Hi all!

I'm having this issue where my audio begins to stutter. I currently use Steel Series Artis 7p+ headphones for years and after moving to a new house I've started experiencing the a stutter in my audio. My PC was built in late 2020 and I recently had to replace the cooler, motherboard and CPU.

I've messed around with settings, updated drivers, uninstalled/reinstalled my headphones per all of the guides on youtube. Sometimes these things work and then I restart my pc and it happens all over again. It's never the same fix.

Please help. I feel like trashing my pc at this point. 🙁

Hello

Download and post. https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy/download

To post.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

The Bluetooth module may have partially dislodged while moving the device. If so you’d need to open the pc up to check.
If you changed the MB was the BT/Wi-Fi card changed with it?
Have you cleanly uninstalled the BT driver & chosen to uninstall the device, restarted the pc then installed a fresh version from the pc or BT module manufacturer?

Ah okay. I don't believe the BT card was changed. I did get a new wifi antenna but the PC is wired in now.
I will check all of this. Thank you!
