Pending OP Response Are these crash dumps anything to worry about?

Or are they just random occurances? I havent even had the laptop 2 months yet and it crashed once 3 days ago then again today. Here is the dump info:

I also checked reliablity history and noticed I get critcal errors everyday since day one. All of hich asid from the crashes liste above and the one Hardware error I had a long time ago, the rest are ALL from CMStatus stopped working, that ones been happening since day one according to the report but its never effected my pc in any way (i.e I woulda never known about it if i hadnt checked the reliablity due to these crashes that started)

Please download the Sysnative BSOD Dump + System File Collection App - save to Documents folder.

Run the app - Double-click on the downloaded EXE file
Output = new folder created in Documents + a zipped version -- SysnativeFileCollectionApp folder + SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip.

Please note that the app averages ~3 minutes to run on most systems; other systems - it my take as long as 10-15 minutes to run. Please be patient.

Also note: The app auto-zips the SysnativeFileCollectionApp output folder. It is located in your Documents folder.
Windows Explorer should open and highlight the zipped folder

Please attach the SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip to your post and await further instructions :)

here ya go (took under a minute on my beast of a machine lol). Soo it says the3 file is too large for the server to process

quieter than usual >.> (btw just ran an sfc /scannow and it said WIndows found some currpted files and repaired them (the were not corrupt files it couldnt repair)

hmm well i ran the program agan and thats what it gave me sooooo what shoudl I be doing to get the most recent dump file?

yup just blue screened again. Only things done before it crashed was clened up files nd registry files ues CCleaner then 45 mins later I started playing a game while watching YOutube at the same time... about 5 mins into that got blue screen

Can I get you to post fresh BSOD logs for me to analyze?

Also do me a favor and do the below as well please:

  • Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
  • When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
  • When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following command into it, press Enter.

  • Wait for this to finish before you continue
  • Copy and paste the following command, press Enter.

    findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log > %userprofile%\Desktop\sfc.txt
That will create sfc.txt on your Desktop. Please attach sfc.txt to your next post:
  • Open Reply window. Click 'More Reply Options'.
  • Go to the end of your text (if any).
  • Click 'Choose Files..'
  • For 'File name' paste this: %userprofile%\Desktop\sfc.txt
  • Click the 'Add to Post' link which will appear on the right when the file has been uploaded.
  • Click 'Add Reply'.

Let's test your RAM to ensure your RAM is OK :)

  • Click Start, type mdsched.exe in the Search box, and then press Enter.
  • Choose whether to restart the computer and run the tool immediately or schedule the tool to run at the next restart.
  • Windows Memory Diagnostics runs automatically after the computer restarts and performs a standard memory test automatically. If you want to perform fewer or more tests, press F1, use the Up and Down arrow keys to set the Test Mix as Basic, Standard, or Extended, and then press F10 to apply the desired settings and resume testing.
  • When testing is completed, the computer restarts automatically. You’ll see the test results when you log on.

scannow didnt find any integrity violations. Id already done the mdsched so I know my RAM is fine. heres the new dump link:

when I tried that it said windows couldnt find anything but then I remembered , all of my instal locations (including the desktop where shortcuts are) are in D: not C:
as C: is used STRICTLY for OS and nothing else so I changed the /c: in the code to /d: and it just blinked forever and did nothing.. I did find an sfc.txt file on my desktop but it was blank and empty.

The C drive is still use for Windows, and all related commands will be for C. :)

Your BSOD this time was CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

So we know your hardware is OK. It's time to look at software.

Please download MiniToolBox and save it to your desktop. Run the program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator. When the program opens select the following boxes:


List last 10 Event Viewer Errors
List Installed Programs
List Devices (Only Problems)
List Users, Partitions and Memory size


Please post the log in your next reply :)

Please go HERE and download the portable version of Speccy. Save it to somewhere you can find, locate the file and as it comes as a Zip file use your favorite unzip application to decompress it. Open the newly created folder and double left click Speccy.exe if you have a 32 bit system or Speccy64.exe if yours is 64bit. If you are not sure what your system is click HERE.



Speccy will open and after a short wait will display a summary of your system specs.
  • Click on the file menu.
  • Then click Publish snapshot.


A dialogue box will ask you to confirm, select yes.



Another dialogue box will open
  • Click Copy to Clipboard.
  • Then click Close.



Now that your link has been copied please paste it into your next post. It should look something like the example below :)

BTW: once you have finished with speccy and no longer want it removing it is easy because it is a portable app with no install. Simply delete the downloaded file and folder you created when you decompressed it. Gone:thumbsup:

Just happened again. This time it was security check failure BSOD Youd think a 2 month old laptop that was stress tested would crash a lot less. Though so far if only does it while I'm playing a certain game (the only game I play) otherwise it doesnt crash at all
