Lets start with this and other may have more information and suggestions.

First issue is you have two antivirus active.

Having more than one antivirus program running on a computer at the same time often causes conflicts, resulting in errors, slow performance, and failure to properly detect viruses.

Avast Antivirus
Antivirus: Enabled
Virus Signature Database: Up to date

Windows Defender
Antivirus: Enabled
Virus Signature Database: Up to date

AV Uninstallers

driver tools
Is nothing more than snake oil and never get them correct. Usually out of date and the wrong ones. Uninstall it.

That is a possibility that the Avast Browser may be giving a miss reading.

Check to make sure that every thing is connected security for the power, data, RAM you will want to disconnect them then reconnect. Even the slightest jarring could dislodge something just enough.

DO NOT do the CPU and or heat sink.

ok thank you for that ive removed avast secure browser now and tried your tool twice it says its doing stuff but speccy still stays same
i appreciate your time and help btw
so with ram do i just remove one and put in other then use and see if i get BSOD again or do i run memtest again

hi sorry ive not replied ive just reinstalled windows 10 from scratch also ordered a solid state drive and new ram so heres hoping m8
thank you very much for help should i still check speccy to see if avast there or will it not

Since you did a reinstall of windows you will need to install the chipset and drivers.

No Avast should not be there any more unless you install it or the browser.

Is the system still crashing?
Did you test the RAM like suggested? What were the results?
