I would suggest that you create a new Windows install disk the one that you have is to old and may not be working properly.

That version was released 5/27/2020 and stopped being maintained 12/14/2021.

Suggest you create a new one using the Media Creation Tool through the windows site.

Use the Download link under
Create Windows 10 installation media

Which is why when you get a new drive always preform a fresh clean install of the OS.

Especially when the clone is this age.

Your best bet is to create a new Windows 10 install media and preform a clean install of the operating system the drivers in the proper order starting with the chipsets.
HI, I'll try to recover the system, if I can't , I do a clean install.
But I think this problem has solution.
I'll post some screenshots in the next few days, to see if anyone knows of a solution, or perhaps the same error.

Thank you for everything

You can either return the original drive & open Macrium & choose to create their boot media or download Macrium to another pc & create their media. Then you would swap back to the cloned drive & insert the Macrium boot usb & rapidly pressing the key which corresponds to the temporary boot order - this is usually F7 or F8 the pc manufacturer’s manual for the pc will have the information. Once inside the Macrium recovery environment you choose Other then repair boot menu.
You should already have this media created in case of problems.

It will delete then recreate the boot files.

Hi ,
Macrium rescue usb did not solve the problem unfortunately.
When I run SFC /cannow , I get this error , does anyone know how to try to resolve this ?

"windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation "

Thank you all

Have you created the new windows install medial like you were instructed to in Post # 14?

I'll post some screenshots in the next few days, to see if anyone knows of a solution, or perhaps the same error.

Might be helpful.

Still say that they image is corrupt and a fresh install maybe the best route.

this pc works well with other hdd's,
I think it shouldn't be a hardware problem.
I already connected two different hdd's and they worked without problems.

how are you connecting them and where are did They come from?

Could be due to corruption or you are not running under an Administrator Command Prompt

My guess faulty drive. Because you can see data does not mean the drive is good.
You have not let chkdsk unmount the drive - any reason?
"You have not let chkdsk unmount the drive - any reason?"

I don't know what chkdsk does after this command, so I didn't do it as a precaution.
Hi, I just did chkdsk /f , do you think I should do chkdsk /r ? This drive is 2 years old .
It is safe unmount the drive?

Thanks Peter

Do r it contains f
Y to umount

I have had drives 6 months old fail.
Both quality drives.
Hi, Can you tell me if the system reserved partition with status "not heathy" could be part of the problem?
Thanks

system reserved partition is what makes the computer boot.
This next step could be risky and I have not personally tried this method.
You have another disk that can boot this computer so the system reserved partition must be good.
You could try and put the good disk that boots into the computer as the main disk.
have the non-working disk as a slave disk.
Copy the good system reserve to the faulty system reserve and overwrite the data.

AS NOTED ABOVE I HAVE NOT PERSONALLY TRIED THIS.
Have a look at this also https://windowsreport.com/system-reserved-partition-not-on-ssd/
