Still say that they image is corrupt and a fresh install maybe the best route.
Yes , I also think that could be one of the problems , or something in the EFI system partition or even the system reserved partition, I really dont know ,like I have said before , (I dont understand almost nothing about working with Command lines I am a zero in CMD really
:) . But I try to follow instructions , with caution.

I was unable to apparently repair the WinRE in recovery partition following some parts of this youtube video , and now I can enter in WinRE without usb bootable. But safe mode do still not working even with Usb in cmd.
The DART tools in WinRE are working apparently without problems. but I never use it.
Do you know any way to repair or recreate The Image without affect apps and data?
Please help me if you can .
Thank you for all...

Please see the WinRE link r , It works .

system reserved partition is what makes the computer boot.
This next step could be risky and I have not personally tried this method.
You have another disk that can boot this computer so the system reserved partition must be good.
You could try and put the good disk that boots into the computer as the main disk.
have the non-working disk as a slave disk.
Copy the good system reserve to the faulty system reserve and overwrite the data.

AS NOTED ABOVE I HAVE NOT PERSONALLY TRIED THIS.
Have a look at this also https://windowsreport.com/system-reserved-partition-not-on-ssd/

Thanks Bruce

Still say need to do a fresh install and until that is done you will continue to have these issues and we will be running in an endless loop getting nowhere.

Did this fix your issue?
Fix the WinRE , in the recovery partition, but I cannot enter in safeboot in cmd usb ,or Winre.

My guess faulty drive. Because you can see data does not mean the drive is good.
You have been informed that the drive is possible faulty.

From your own image you posted it states Not Healthy

HI, I'll try to recover the system, if I can't , I do a clean install.
Apparently, you have not done.

That the clone is bad.

The drive may need to be replace and a clean install of windows will have to be done since we have validated the current cloned copy is corrupt.

as soon as a drive even hints at being untrustworthy, why would you still use it.
especially these days when they are so cheap.

plus for me at least, sometimes you can spend many days trying to fix something or bite the bullet and spend a few hours reloading Windows.
and if you are doing that, why not do it to a new drive.
also a great chance to get a bigger and/or faster drive.

no brainer for me!
