I am having my PC repaird and im suspcious of the company, I've attached photos of my original PC build and a screenshot of an email of the items the company are replacing the originals with, are they downgrading my parts?
Please help!

Are they replacing the graphics? This seems to be the card they mention:

To the best of my knowledge, Cyberpower does not do repairs. You can spec a PC and they will build that machine for you. If you have done a custom build then what you have chosen is going to cost because the GPU and CPU is going to cost in the range of £1000,00 to £1200.00 alone.
