Hi
Im trying to fix my friends alienware computer when i start the computer i get 2 beeps which ive been told is a RAM issue tried 3 different cards 2 original and 1 non branded card all give me the 2 beeps (tried singly and together and in both slots)
have also tried 1 over original ram card which lets me boot the computer but only allows me into the Bios or a alienware test program which tells me Memory limit exceeded.
Ive fitted a brand new original replacment motherboard and brand new ram which give me the same results.
Harddrive has been wiped and gpu removed (before testing new board).
Im lost for what else it could be and i really want to get my friend back on his pc,
