Solved after BSOD pc cannot find my HDD so it cant boot to windows

My issue is i was getting BSOD while just either browsing the internet with chrome, on discord calls, using file explorer and during the password log in screen. Every BSOD had different stop codes but the most popped ones was CRITICAL PROCESS DIED and UNEXPECTED STORE EXCEPTION. After every BSOD my pc will start up but wont boot into windows because it cant find my HDD i even went into BIOS and it didnt find it.

its only after running the setup (picture in the attached file) it boots to windows normally and is able to find my HDD. Now since my pc couldn't boot up windows after the BSOD restarts it can't create a minidump file so I'm kind of screwed here. I have fresh installed windows 10 also wiping my HDD of all data and it didn't work(this was before installing any drivers except for windows basic drivers), i have also ran the sfc / scannow, DISM and check hard disk on CMD and they found no problems, i have ran windows memory diagnostic tool and it found no problems with my ram and i also ran windows HDD checker and crystaldiskinfo and they found no problems. I also tried seeing if my PSU was the issue by playing games such as dying light 2, warhammer 2 and halo infinite all on high for multiple hours which didnt cause any shut offs or BSOD. So what is causing my BSOD? Is the cause my HDD or PSU since both are well over 6 years old while all my other pc parts are relatively new ( 1-2 years old).

the BSOD doesnt happen after the POST set up only after i shut it down and boot it up the next day it usually freezes at the password log in screen or just in the desktop

i have turned on minidump files but the problem that seems to me is it cannot boot to windows after the BSOD so it enters the POST SET UP thing so my os probaly cant write the file.

when the sytem goes through the post there isnt any beeping heard or clicking from the pc

I have tried reseating the HDD prior before the fresh install but unfortunately it didnt work :c

what do you mean *what switched i used*? not well versed in computers but i did the check disk command on my C drive which has my windows installed

ive checked the folder but there isnt one with the minidump.dump name il run checkdisk again and see if it pops up on the reboot

There are not USB storage devices connected when the system boots? sry again what do you mean by this? by usb storage devices do you mean the HDD itself or like an external USB stick?

OS: Version 21H1 Os build 19043. 1466
Bios: version 3211
CPU: AMD ryzen 3600
Motherboard: Asus prime b450m-a
Ram: G.skill ripjawsV DDR4 3200 MHz 2x8gb
SSD/HDD: HDD ST1000DX001-1CM162 (from my old prebuilt also a Seagate HDD)
GPU:Nvidia geforce rtx 2060 6gb
PSU: Asus delta dps 500ab 6-a 500W (this PSU is from my old pre built which still works fine with no heat or coil whine problems)
Chassis: fractal design focuss G ATX-case

the install media was made by the windows 10 cloud download option when i chose to reset everything from windows recovery tools

i made the change over 1 year ago and its been running fine with this PSU tho i am planning on changing it to a newer one this year but could it rly be the cause after working for over 1 year?

It could very well be that your PSU is starting to go.

Reference as you can see that that PSU does not have enough power to run the current GPU and with it being as old as it should be replaced.

Yes, USB sticks weather they are external HDD and or thumb drives.

if i make a fresh install with the usb windows media tool can i make it on top of my current windows? or do i just completely wipe out the data from all partitions when the media tool pops

update here: Booted up my pc this morning and it worked fine now 3 hour later still working fine so no BSOD or random shut offs yet.

update #2: Most likely figured out the cause. It was my old HDD decided to switch it to a SSD and it worked fine for 3 days after that i removed the SSD and plugged my old HDD back and first boot was BSOD. So its solved right now and thank you for everyone who has tried to help me with my problem.
