Acronis Backup Rel 11.7 runs full or differential backups. Log says each completed successfully. When I try to do a "recover" Acronis says there isn't any backup data. I see the actual data on the disk drives. And I see Catalog "entries" but the entries have nothing in them. How to fix the catalogues for existing backups (Extremely important) and how to make sure catalogues are written correctly?
If anyone is familiar with this I would be grateful for assistance. Yes - these are questions for Acronis support but so far getting someone to pickup on the line, even after long hold times, has not worked.
