New HDD, Windows Won’t Boot
My understanding is you can only initialize the hard drive in Disk Management but I can’t get into Windows with the drive plugged in.- CMan56

New HDD, Windows Won’t Boot
I run a Windows-based PLEX server. I recently bought a new 8TB drive for more storage. After installing, Windows will no longer boot giving me a SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED error.
